Administration and consulting services, including general superannuation, secretarial, accounting, actuarial, communication, information technology and investment consulting to superannuation fund trustees and employers;
Financial planning services;
Personnel agency and associated search services to employers or individuals.

The information that Northbridge collects may include an individual's:

Name;
Date of birth;
Address;
Sex;
Tax file number;
Occupational details;
Work history;
Educational information;
Health information;
Salary; and

any other information that may be required from time to time in order to undertake the above operations.

The above information may be collected from an individual, a superannuation fund trustee or an employer.

WHAT IF AN INDIVIDUAL DECIDES NOT TO PROVIDE THE REQUESTED INFORMATION?

If an individual decides not to provide Northbridge with the requested information, Northbridge may be unable to provide the services that it may otherwise have been provided to the individual or client.

Not providing the requested information may mean, for example, that death and/or disability insurance cover may be declined or restricted; that financial planning advice provided is not correct or appropriate; or that employment opportunities are restricted or not available.

DO WE DISCLOSE INFORMATION TO OTHER PARTIES?

In undertaking our operations to clients, both individual and corporate, we may be required to transfer information to other parties, such as:

Government departments and authorities, such as the Australian Taxation Office or the Australian Prudential Regulation Authority;
A superannuation fund trustee, administrator or adviser;
An insurance company or insurance broker;
Medical practitioners or other health professionals;
Auditors;
Employers; or
Other advisers or business suppliers to Northbridge.

We will not pass information to another party in any other circumstance.
