The NFS Principals have a track record of providing practicable, timely and understandable advice to both corporate and individual clients. They have extensive superannuation and finance industry experience and can ensure that companies and employees obtain full value from their superannuation arrangements. They are:

David Lewis, FIA, FIAA. David has been involved in all aspects of the financial services and superannuation industries for over 30 years. He spent 13 years with Prudential Assurance Company, initially in the UK, before transferring to Australia in 1983. He left the "Pru" in 1986 to take up the role of Deputy Managing Director and Senior Actuary for WFJ&H Consulting. In 1991 he and his colleagues bought this business and he became Deputy Managing Director and Senior Actuary of the renamed business, White & Lewis Consulting Pty Limited. When White & Lewis was merged with NSP he took up the role of Senior Actuary of NSP Lewis. He stayed with this operation through its merger with Buck Consulting. In 1999 he left to start his own business and to establish Northbridge with Brendan Paddison.

Jim Hando, B.Comm, CPA, FAICD, CFP. Jim has had extensive experience as a senior executive and finance director in the corporate sector, in both Australia and in various international locations. He has had wide experience in corporate and personal financial and taxation management, and in all aspects of superannuation administration, investment performance and governance.

Brendan Paddison, B.Bus. Brendan has a Bachelor of Business degree and has completed both the ASFA Certificate and Diploma. He has been involved in the administration of corporate superannuation funds for over 15 years. He was Client Services Manager at White & Lewis Consulting and NSW Manager for Corporate Superannuation Services at Tyndall Superannuation Limited.
