As the appointed advisor to your staff superannuation plan, we would provide the following services:
- Assistance with the establishment of the plan policy committee and attendance at policy committee meetings;
- Easy access at all times to advice independent of the master trust provider;
- Legislative updates and general advice to the Company and Policy Committee;
- Ongoing co-ordination of plan services from the master trust provider, including reviews of agreed service levels, investment performance (including monitoring the default investment option and its relative performance), and insurance cost development;
- Liaising with the master trust provider and resolving administrative and servicing issues;
- Supplementary, tailored member education sessions;
- Member access to general advice on superannuation plan issues, including investment and insurance choice issues;
- Access to individual financial planning advice, provided under the licence of
ComCorp (AFS Licence No. 225085, ABN 44079121136) (either at the cost to the individual member or the company).
We also provide a range of "fee for service" consulting work through our associated company, Northbridge Financial Consulting e.g. management of the tender process, advice on benefit design issues, co-ordination of the plan implementation and transition process, target benefit and actuarial calculations etc.
