Due diligence reviews of existing superannuation plans, and recommendations of enhancements or remarketing;
Management of ongoing services from the plan provider. Including monitoring the agreed administration service standards, policy committee establishment, secretarial services, legislative updates, monitoring of investment performance and insurance cost development;
Provision of member education and general advice to members on their superannuation choices. This includes the provision of tailored seminars and general advice to employees on superannuation issues including investment and insurance choices. Members will have access to highly qualified advisers via telephone, e-mail or on-site visits;
Professional financial advisory and planning services for members. NFS offers high quality individual services to members by an adviser who is non-aligned to any financial institution.

In addition to its own service infrastructure, NFS has, through its association with ComCorp (Community & Corporate Financial Services Pty Ltd, AFS Licence No 225085), the capability to provide superannuation and financial advisory services around Australia.
